Using Flumi AI

Use Flumi AI only if you are at least 18 and can enter into an agreement under applicable law. Keep account information accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Content and permitted use

You must own or have permission to use the prompts, media and other content you submit, including permission from identifiable people where required. You retain rights you already hold in your content and authorize the processing needed to provide the service you request.

Do not use the service for unlawful content, pornography or sexually explicit content, exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation, fraud, infringement, bypassing safeguards or unauthorized access. Do not interfere with the service or attempt to access another user’s data.

Content checks, suspension and appeals

We check submitted prompts and uploaded images for prohibited content. Videos may be checked using sampled frames; these checks do not cover every frame or audio. Automated checks can make mistakes and do not guarantee detection of all prohibited content.

When automatic enforcement is enabled, three distinct prohibited submissions within a rolling 24-hour period suspend your account until a manual review restores access. Repeated submissions of the same content in that period are counted once. Quote previews, safety-service errors, ordinary generation failures and model-generated results do not count as user violations. A suspension revokes sign-in sessions and prevents new generation and retries; it does not automatically delete your account, history or credit balance.

You can appeal without signing in through the Account suspension appeals section of our contact page. Include your account email, the approximate time and an explanation; do not resend flagged images or prompts. We review appeals manually and may restore access depending on the circumstances. An appeal does not guarantee reinstatement. Contact support for assistance with any ongoing subscription, payment or data request while access is suspended.

AI results and feature availability

AI results can be inaccurate, non-unique or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review results before using or publishing them. Output rights and permitted commercial use depend on applicable law, input rights and the selected model’s terms; a paid membership alone does not guarantee exclusive rights or blanket commercial clearance.

Available models, tools and options are shown in the workspace. Promotional examples demonstrate potential workflows and are not a guarantee that every model, output size or processing feature is currently available. No unlimited generation or processing-time guarantee is included unless expressly stated in an available offer.

Memberships, credits and payments

Current offers and availability are shown on the pricing page. No payment is due merely for browsing a plan. When purchasing becomes available, review the total price, currency, billing period and renewal setting before confirming checkout. Any applicable taxes or additional amounts must be disclosed before payment.

Monthly and annual memberships have a monthly credit allowance. Annual membership credits are issued in monthly periods, not all at once. Unused membership credits expire at the end of each credit period. Separately purchased credits are governed by their own purchase terms.

Automatic renewal continues until canceled before the next billing date. A one-time membership does not automatically renew. Paid access normally remains until the end of the paid term after renewal is canceled. Active memberships cannot be changed mid-term under the current plan rules; choose another tier after expiry.

Task charges and failures

A task quote depends on the selected model and options. Credits may be reserved when a task is submitted and settled for successful results. Unused reservations are released after the outcome is confirmed. A delayed or uncertain provider response may require review before a reservation is released.

Cancellation, refunds and support

Our Refunds and cancellation page explains how to request assistance. Refund requests are reviewed individually; mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not excluded. Returning from a payment page alone does not prove a payment succeeded; use your account order status.

Service access and changes

We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse, security concerns or legal obligations. We may modify or discontinue features; any effect on an existing paid commitment will be addressed under the purchase terms and applicable law. You can stop using the service and request account closure through account settings or support.
