Cancel automatic renewal
Use Account → Plan to manage a subscription and cancel automatic renewal before the next billing date. Confirm the updated renewal status in your account. Canceling renewal normally keeps access until the end of the paid membership; it does not itself request a refund.
A one-time monthly or yearly membership ends after its paid term without a new recurring charge.
Request a refund or report a payment issue
Contact support with your account email, order reference, payment date and a description of the problem. Never send a password, verification code or full payment card number. If a payment appears incomplete, check the order status and contact us before paying again.
Refund requests, including duplicate charges, billing errors and service issues, are reviewed individually using the order and usage records and applicable consumer law. We do not promise an automatic refund or a fixed decision time. Your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Credits and refunded memberships
Unused membership credits expire at the end of their credit period. An unused balance alone does not automatically create a cash refund. Confirmed unsuccessful results release unused reserved credits according to the task outcome.
A full refund ends the corresponding paid membership and removes unused credits from that membership. Other credit sources are not automatically removed. Partial refunds require an individual review of the remaining membership and credits; no automatic proportional adjustment is promised.
After a refund is approved
Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider using the supported original payment method. The time funds take to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank. Check your account records and contact support if you need help locating a refund.
